Chapter Library
Listed below are the requirements and procedures for use of the Montgomery PMI Chapter library books. This service provided by the chapter to help enhance and broaden members’ project management knowledge. All books are property of the chapter and required to be returned or replaced if checked out.
Requirements - You must be a member in good standing to request a book to be checked out.
- You will need to provide your name, phone number(s), email address, and PMI member number on the request form.
- Any outstanding books will need to be returned or replaced before a new book can be checked out.
- An individual can check out no more than three books at one time.
Procedure: - The primary place to receive and return books from the PMI library will be the monthly chapter meeting. Chapter librarian will arrange for requested books to be delivered at the next chapter meeting. Other arrangements can be made for special circumstances.
- Submit a library request form via email to the chapter librarian(s) at (library@pmimontgomery.org). The information required can be found on the "Request Form" link above.
- A book can be checked out for one month. It may be renewed for an additional month unless another member has requested the same book. Books can only be checked out for two consecutive months before returning them.
- Books should be returned at the following chapter meeting. If you wish to keep a book for an additional month, you will need to contact the chapter librarian.
